  1. Keep receiving message after monthly scheduled emails have been sent.

"Could not connect to email server. Your firewall might be blocking SMTP server port used or there is no internet connection. Please check your firewall settings and internet connection."

Clicking OK gets rid of the message only to have it appear again a few minutes later. SendLater is installed on a standalone machine setup mainly to administer these automated monthly emails to clients. Outlook is connected via exchange and when the message is up all messages on all machines get delivered into the junk folder and non of the approved…

  2. Often it would be helpful if I could set up a conditional email. That is, it may or may not go out depending on whether certain things happen. If the email was linkd to tasks or a calendar event, I could then review weeks conditional emials and decide whether the emails should go out.

Reminder an email is being resent at a long enough interval prior to it going out so that the email can be canceled.

  7. I'm using SendLater primarily for personal post-dated follow-up of outlook items received from others, or sent to others with a copy to myself for follow-up. A "one click" button to invoke SendLater with an alter able default follow-up period, say 1 week, 10 days, etc, would be most helpful. It would avoid the longer dialog to use SendLater for simple follow-up tasks.

  8. When you send a repetitive email it can be considered as spam by your destination.

If the soft could preconfig differents email bodys, it would be great.

    Thanks.

  9. SendLater seems like a fantastic tool which a LOT of corporate Outlook users would pay for.

The problem is, the way you have built it, we can't pay you - we need admin rights to install.

There must be a way to solve this problem WITHOUT requiring admin rights.

See Hubspot Signals for a great example of no admin rights required!

  13. I reported this issue last year. As a tech pages journalist from the UK I am interested in the practical use of this product but after purchase last year I was plagued by the constant irritation of Send Later for Outlook 2002/XP trying to contact your installation server each time I used it. Ty Harnett helped get the product working on an old system and that was great but not so great was the follow up to my reports about the problem. 4Team were insistent that I worked through this on live chat but there is nothing that anyone on…

  14. A required update of Outlook Connector was released on June 2, 2012. After doing the install over my old version that had SendLater, Outlook wouldn't load and get "stuck" at SendLater. Did a system restore and tried again. Same result. Uninstalled SendLater and did the update to Outlook Connector and Outlook opened OK. Reinstalled SendLater and now I have the update, functioning Outlook Connector and SendLater. I am running a Windows 8 Consumer preview but don't know if that was the problem. Anyway happy to have Outlook and SendLater back functioning.

  16. Website shows Delayed Message sending is included in the free version. Chat team says it's only for Pro Version. Misleading information.
