Offer Sync2 as a http Service (applet)

Service via a website for people who can't install a local application - I'd like to use the tool on both my computers but I have no local admin right. A standalone runtime version might also solve the problem.

Sync2 can be implemented as standalone runtime , but still need admin rights in order to work. If you do not have admin rights, you can't install any advanced windows application like Sync2. It's security imposed by Windows. We currently working on Sync service that helps you sync iOS, Android and Windows Devices (Calendars, Contacts, Notes, Tasks). Customers pre-release testing will start in May.
