    As long as the old version stays on the same computer where it was originally activated, the software will continue to operate even after 1 year period. However, you cannot update it, receive our technical support or transfer a license.
    For renewal, we offer two options - 1 year extension or a lifetime upgrade. If you purchase a lifetime upgrade, that would be a one time payment and your license will not expire anymore.
    Sync2 has internal duplicate management system, so, it should detect most duplicates and prevent creation of a second identical items.     Sync2Cloud has a free version, however, functionality is limited. For example, you can only add only one account as a synchronization source and you can perform one manual sync per month. However, after installation, it will work as a trial version and perform automatic synchronization (valid for 7 days).

    If you purchase a license and activate it, then all limitations will be removed. You will be able to connect multiple sources and the software will perform automatic synchronization.

    However, this feedback should be directed to Sync2Cloud software, not Sync2. As Sync2 synchronize data with Google, Google login supports all current login methods.

    In this particular case the issue is only related to a custom Exchange server login. We are aware about it and we will investigate all possibilities. We plan to update Exchange login methods in the future.

    FTP account is tied to Sync2 subscription period, for example if you purchase the primary software licenses (a separately license is required for each computer/Windows user account), you will be provided with 1 year period of free software updates, free technical support and FTP server validation. After the original expiration period, you can extend it with a purchase of a license upgrade. After upgrade purchase, FTP server will be extended for one additional year. For free we provided up to 2GB FTP space.

    During synchronization, on the FTP server, Sync2 stores only encrypted data (not the whole .pst file), only Sync2 can access this data. Once sync profiles are set, Sync2 compare Outlook data between connected computers and perform synchronization of all changes (new updates, changes or even deletions).

    We plan to transfer Duplicate Killer functionality to Duplicate Remover (so it would be compatible with both Outlook 32 and 64bit version). However, at this point, we do not have ETA yet.

    Please note that you need to install Sync2 only on your Windows computer. Sync2 works by syncing items (calendar, contacts and tasks) between Outlook and Google. And if you would link your phone to the same google account - items would reach it as well. Google is acting as a midway for your items.

    Below are the steps how you can configure it:
    1. Open Sync2 and set up a google profile there. You can do that by going to Sync2 > New > Google Service > Select which items to sync > Login to your gmail account > Use Advanced wizard menu and customize for your needs > Finish the wizard.
    2. Wait for sync to fully complete.
    3. Link your phone to the same Gmail account.

    You can simply click on FreshChat button and you will see the transcripts of all previous chats. Compared to our previous chat provider, now users can see their tickets/chats history.

    Actually, Sync2 does synchronize custom categories. All you need to do is to create the same categories on both computers.

    Safe PST Backup creates a backup file of the whole .pst/.ost file and store all information to a native .pst file format. If original .pst file was protected by a password, in order to open it, you will need to enter the same password.

    By default it backups all folders and files which are stored within .pst/.ost file.

    Email account information, like login name, server/domain name, email signature, password and so on are stored differently, usually within settings. The current Safe PST Backup version does not backup Outlook settings.
